Most of the printer manufactory set the page count fuse inside the Transfer belt, when the counter reaches xxxxx pages that the manufacture set, the printer will shut off the Transfer belt. If at that time your printer still printing good copies, just replace the fuse inside the Transfer belt and can use it for another Cycle or 2 . Save $$$$$
