PLEASE NOTE:
Our Chips are intended to be replaced on functional cartridges. If, before you replace the chip or refill the cartridges, your cartridge is already printing with streaks, smudges or lines, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect. Replacing the chip or refilling the cartridges will not bring it back to life. Also, please do not replace the chip when the toner cartridge does not have enough toner powder in it. It will burn the chips if you install it when it has less than 20% of toner powder.
