There is a page counting computer chip inside of the DELL image drum. When the drum gets to a certain amount it shuts the drum off.

Because there is still plenty of life left in your drum. By putting a new computer chip in there you can be printing again and save almost $100.

Normally you could get one or two more printing cycles out of the drum by install the Reset Chip.
